Diet:
Breakfast: 2 low fat vanilla yogurt's, coffee, water
Lunch: Chicken bento/rice and vegies. Diet shasta
Afternoon: Cliff protein bar and non-fat chai tea latte
Dinner: Took in a movie with Ann. Popcorn no butter and diet soda
Outback steakhouse after: Grilled fish with vegies and potatoes, corn cakes. 1 beer.
